HOW TO STEP: Step onto the stepper. As you lift your foot up to take a step, pull loop up with your right hand so the Stepper stays underfoot and moves with it. Step down. Repeat with other foot. A nice, even grass lawn or carpeted floor works great! But avoid hills and uneven surfaces like gravel or mud. Clomp around inside or outdoors all you like!
