great for certain items
i am an infrequent buyer of the assurion warranties but do use them for stuff i think might be something i'd claim on like the very low priced inflatable paddleboard i got. i can't imagine the thig lasting 2 years but the warranty makes that a no brainer. i have only once in my history had to make a claim and it was an easy process where they just automatically refunded the price of the item

I reached out regarding my treadmill not working due to the belt not staying on the track and sliding to the left and Asurion immediately provided me a gift certificate on Amazon for the amount I paid for that treadmill and I was able to purchase another one to replace it that was much better!

Thankfully I purchased insurance on a treadmill I purchased because I ended up having to file a claim and Asurion made the process so incredibly easy. I will absolutely use their services again in the future. Highly recommend.
