"The eighth Feeding Tube LP by Chris Weisman vinylizes a 2015 CDR originally released by Hidden Temple Tapes. Weisman is, as always, the master of his own domain. Crafting pop tunes worthy of any sophisticated pen you can name (from Nilsson to Beck), his presentation this time is starker than usual. Lots of strummed guitar and shadows of other tastes lurking in the distance. As on his last LP, Play Sharp to Me (FTR 234LP), Chris seems to have added blue notes and hints of discord to his sweet surges. A certain jazziness from that session persists as well, giving the songs here a lilting swing that makes their hooks all the more dangerous. At times the songs almost have the feel of a 'guilty pleasure' (ala late Todd Rundgren or early Shins), but forget the guilt. This is the sound of the Upper Valley Underground at it's finest. You can listen to it all you want. Even bob your head approvingly, and no one will be able to say you're anything but up-to-date as hell. In that sense, Chris Weisman has always been a thinking person's alternative to lots of stuff. Of course, that will all change when he gets heaped the praise his songs so richly deserve. But that's no reason to not get out ahead of the pack. And once you've figured out how much you love Chaos Isn't Single, don't forget to check out his back catalog. Metamucil Daily Psyllium Husk Powder Supplement, 3-in-1 Fiber for Digestive Health

Effective Fiber Supplement with a Few Minor Drawbacks
I've been using Metamucil for several weeks now, and I can confidently say it’s made a noticeable difference in my digestive health. This 3-in-1 psyllium husk powder really lives up to its promise: it supports regularity, helps curb appetite between meals, and contributes to overall gut health.
One of the biggest benefits I’ve experienced is improved consistency and regularity—within just a few days of taking it daily, I felt lighter, less bloated, and more “in rhythm.” It’s also great knowing that it helps support heart health by lowering cholesterol, which makes it more than just a basic fiber supplement.
That said, there are a couple of small things that keep this from being a full 5-star product:
1. Texture and mixing – Even when stirred thoroughly, the powder tends to thicken quickly and can become a bit gelatinous if you don’t drink it immediately. It's not awful, but the texture might be off-putting for some, especially if you're new to fiber drinks.
2. Taste – I tried the orange flavor, which is decent and not too sweet, but there is still a slightly artificial aftertaste. It’s manageable, especially if mixed with cold water, but not exactly enjoyable.
3. Frequency – You have to take it consistently (1–3 times a day depending on your needs), so it does require sticking to a routine to get the full benefits.
Despite those minor issues, it’s an effective and reliable fiber supplement that does what it claims. If you’re looking for something to help with regular digestion, mild appetite control, and general gut wellness, this is a solid choice. Plus, the large container lasts quite a while, so it’s a good value.
I’d definitely recommend it—but be prepared for a bit of a learning curve with the texture.

Good source of fiber for one's digestive track.

If you want some more fiber for your diet these work well. They are swallow easily and are noticeable except for being effective overnight.
