From the bestselling author of Buddhism Plain and Simple comes the definitive guide for anyone interested in meditation -- from beginners to those with years of experience. Zen priest and teacher Steve Hagen has created a simple, yet thorough guide that is free of cultural and religious jargon.
Meditation Now or Never covers everything the reader needs to know in order to begin a meditation practice. Hagen discusses what is and isn't meditation, along with simple techniques that can avoid needless complications. Experienced meditators will appreciate his advice on why we become "stuck," and how to get "unstuck." And every reader will benefit from Hagen's focus on meditation as not simply a spiritual technique, but as a way of life. Steve Hagen is a Zen priest, a longtime teacher of Buddhism, and the author of the bestselling Buddhism Plain and Simple and Buddhism Is Not What You Think. Steve began studying Buddhism in 1967. In 1975 he became a student of Dainin Katagiri Roshi, and in 1979 he was ordained a Zen priest. He lives in Minneapolis, where he lectures, teaches meditation, and writes. He is currently head teacher at Dharma Field Meditation and Learning Center in Minneapolis (www.dharmafield.org). "For the beginner, a lucid, no-frills introduction to Buddhist meditation. For the practitioner, a timely reminder of what meditation is all about." - Stephen Batchelor, author of Buddhism without Beliefs--Publishers WeeklyBinding Type: Paperback

This organizer is awesome!
Color: Black
This sink organizer works great! It fits everything I need to fit and works well on my countertop. The diatomaceous earth stone underneath collects all of the water and there is no puddling underneath. I love the divider because I can keep my sponge separate from my bottle of dish soap and brushes… 10 out of 10 would definitely recommend this item!

Go big
Color: Black
I had a very small holder that barely held anything, the I stumbled on this in the small size, which I almost bought because it was a little bigger than what I had. Then I saw this one and I'm glad I bought the larger one because it holds everything! I even bought a glass container for the dish soap. Fits perfectly in the space. I also like the idea of the stone to absorb water instead of it dripping in a tray that runs through a spout into the sink.

Great caddy. Well built.
Color: Black, Color: Black
This is a great caddy for my sink items. Holds the dishwashing liquid, hand soap, sponge, brush and still has room for more. The only suggestion is to allow the brush cage to also be above the drip pan so you have more space. I know I can add the brush cage into the main compartment to drain it but I prefer the extra space. This is very sturdy and is the perfect width and height for many sinks.
