The Rabbit DPYSL3 (Dihydropyrimidinase Like Protein 3) ELISA immunoassay kit uses the Sandwich-ELISA principle. The micro ELISA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Rabbit DPYSL3. Standards or samples are added to the micro ELISA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Rabbit DPYSL3 and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Rabbit DPYSL3, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear blue in color. The enzyme-substrate reaction is terminated by the addition of stop solution and the color turns yellow. The optical density (OD) is measured spectrophotometrically at a wavelength of 450 nm ± 2 nm. The OD value is proportional to the concentration of Rabbit DPYSL3. You can calculate the concentration of Rabbit DPYSL3 in the samples by comparing the OD of the samples to the standard curve.

I’m very impressed by these plates. I want to start by saying I use them mostly for my home cooking but these are strong and durable enough to be used at outdoor events and other social gathering. At 10in the plates are big enough to fit the whole meal, and with growing boys it is necessary to feed them full portions for their growing bodies. The design is nice and the plates are thick, there is also a coating on them. I prefer that because I often cook with gravies and sauces and if you want the sauces and juice to remain you need a coated disposable plate. Another positive is that because you can put bigger food portions because of the size, you also need the plates to hold up. These do exactly that. Even with heavy foods the plates remain firm and not flimsy. These are really good paper plates.
