Tales of love, longing, betrayal and desire abound and set the standard for romance
comics. There is terrific artwork by Dick Giordano, Charles Nicholas, Vince Alascia, Ken
Battlefield and Jon D'Agostino. Sweethearts was originally published by Fawcett Comics
and started with issue #68, picking up the numbering from where Captain Midnight
ended. It has the notoriety of being the first romance comic published monthly. In 1954
Fawcett stopped publishing comics and Charlton picked up the title and some of the left
over inventory stories. The first issue of the Charlton run began with #122, where the
Fawcett numbering had ended, then switched to number #23 with the following issue.

I would like to report this seller for unfair and fraudulent conduct. The computer that was sent to me was defective and did not power on or function upon arrival. Because the item was not working, I returned it in exactly the same condition in which it was received, including all accessories and components. The item was properly packaged and returned without any damage caused by me. Despite this, I was charged a $60 deduction/refund reduction, which I believe is completely unjustified. The seller is attempting to hold me responsible for a condition that existed before I received the computer. I respectfully request that this case be reviewed, that the seller's conduct be investigated, and that the unjustified $60 deduction be refunded to me. The product was defective from the beginning, and I fulfilled my obligation by returning it in the same condition in which it was received. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
