Applications
A versatile line separator suitable for use with a current leakage clamp to perform the following tests:
- Current leakage flow in the earth conductor
- Differential current leakage flow in the earth conductor
- Appliance current draw (current flow in the Active conductor)
- Appliance current draw with 10x multiplier (current flow in the Active conductor)
This adaptor is particularly useful for measuring current leakage when:
- An appliance tester does not have a current leakage test function.
- Avoiding the risk of blowing protective fuses on an appliance tester due to peak current draw.
