White Gate Wine Co, founded by Barossa locals Chad and Georgie (Gee), is driven by their passion to create approachable wines inspired by the likes of Burgundy and Beaujolais.

The team strikes a balance between scientific precision and artistic creativity, aiming to produce vibrant wines with character and drinkability. Harvest times are carefully chosen to maintain fruit concentration and acidity, resulting in a minimal intervention winemaking style. They employ techniques such as whole bunch fermentation and the use of various vessels to add texture and layers to their wines.
