The 'Oso Easy® Double Pink' rose (Rosa 'MEIRIFTDAY') is a low-maintenance, award-winning shrub rose known for its continuous, vibrant pink double blooms and exceptional disease resistance. Flowers: Abundant, bubblegum-pink, fully double flowers with a cheerful yellow center bloom continuously from early summer until frost. Foliage: Features glossy, dark green leaves that provide an attractive backdrop and have excellent resistance to common rose maladies like black spot and powdery mildew. Size: A compact, rounded shrub, typically growing to about 1.5–2 feet tall and wide. Hardiness: Highly adaptable to both cold and hot climates, hardy in USDA Zones 4–9. Light: Thrives in full sun (a minimum of 6 hours of direct sunlight daily) for the best blooming and disease resistance. Soil: Adaptable to various soil types, but prefers moist, well-drained soil. It is not particularly fussy about soil pH. Maintenance: This variety is self-cleaning, meaning no deadheading is required to encourage continuous blooming, and it does not need spraying for disease control under normal conditions.
