With durability in mind this bassoon also has a number of features that add to its robustness in the rigours of any school or community program.

It has has a strong, rich and round lower register with plenty of room to grow into as a player.

• Durable polished, polyurethane transparent varnish.

• Brass boot joint socket liners for durability and to help prevent cracking.

• Metal tenon caps on the wing and long joints for added strength and protection against cracking and damage.

• Epoxy resin lining in the wing and boot joint through to the low Ab to resists moisture induced wood rot

• Hard rubber finger hole inserts

• Standard 25 key silver plated nickel keys

• 4 rollers

• 2nd B flat key

• Left hand whisper key (piano) lock

• C# trill

• Supplied with two KER crooks, lengths 1 and 2

• Supplied in a durable case with a cordura cover
