The Rat SGLT2 (Sodium/glucose cotransporter 2) QuickTest ELISA Kit measures SGLT2 in Rat Serum, Plasma, Cell Culture Supernatant, Cell Lysate or Tissue Lysate. This kit was based on sandwich ELISA method. The experiment lasted 120 minutes. Capture antibody was conjugated to an affinity tag that was recognized by a specific antibody coated on the QuickTest plate. Add the Cap/Det Ab working solution into each well, then add the standards and pilot samples into individual wells. If the sample contains SGLT2, a capture antibody-SGLT2-biotin-detection antibody complex was formed. After incubation, unbound conjugates were removed by wash buffer. HRP-Streptavidin was added. After washing, TMB substrates were added to visualize HRP enzymatic reaction. TMB was catalyzed by HRP to produce a blue color product that turned yellow after adding a stop solution. Read the O.D. absorbance at 450nm in a microplate reader. The concentration of SGLT2 in the sample was calculated by drawing a standard curve. The concentration of the target substance is proportional to the OD450 value.

Well made… for children?

This review is for the 30” tall one. I’m honestly struggling to find a great use case for how short this is. I don’t have children or am associated with any institution where they may be some. I could see it being used for creating that type of sound barrier. The panel itself is very well made. Looks and feels like an air wall that you’d see in a convention center. I can absolutely tell there’s an acoustic absorption property to it. The whole thing unrolls quickly and is fast to deploy. As far as privacy goes, it’s kind of useless unless you are trying to wall in small children. I can’t really say the value is all here for this. Seems quite a bit more expensive than it’s worth.
