The RCV Econocraft Surface Roller Assembly with X458 Carrier Link by 3E The Carwash Manufacturer is a precision-engineered replacement for Econocraft 4-Wheel RCV conveyor systems. Built to deliver consistent performance, it ensures smooth vehicle tracking, reduced noise, and extended service life for tunnel car wash operations.

Constructed with a reinforced steel frame and UHMW (Ultra-High Molecular Weight Polyethylene) rollers, this assembly features 2-1/2" diameter x 2-3/4" wide idler wheels designed for strength, corrosion resistance, and quiet operation. Its X458 carrier link provides a secure connection to standard Econocraft conveyor chains for seamless integration and OEM-level reliability.

Dread. Memorial Day weekend, 11pm. I took a chance and got ahold of Amazon. Within 30 minutes they instructed me on how to get ahold of the manufacturer. And by the time I went to bed at 6am the manufacturer was working on a plan to get me the parts needed. Originally it was going to take a month to get the parts sent from China, but they came up with a better solution. Not only do I have the parts that were missing but I received them two days ago. Delivery was expected today the 5th. I decided to give 5 stars because initially yes I was upset, but they did their due diligence to make sure I received what was ordered and in a timely manner.
