Nature's Own Chromium Picolinate is a chelated form of Chromium. Picolinic Acid, to which the Chromium is bound, has been found to be an effective mineral carrier, allowing the Chromium to be utilised more efficiently by the body. Certain stages of life such as elderly and those who exercise strenuously have been found to have low levels of chromium.

Active ingredients:
Chromium picolinate 400mcg equivalent to elemental chromium 49.6mcg

Directions:
Adults – Take 1 tablet daily with food.
