燻製醤油も色々ありますが、原材料を見てください。薫紫は、丸大豆・小麦・塩だけで天然醸造。一年熟成の濃口醤油を8〜9時間かけてじっくりスモークしてるから、醤油本来のうま味はそのまま、香りだけしっかりまとっています。チーズや卵、サーモンなど「スモーク○○」に合うものにかけるだけで、手軽に燻製風味が楽しめます。チーズをオリーブオイルやごま油に漬け込んでおけば、絶品おつまみの完成！

False advertisement of Real Batana oil 😡

This product is NOT real Batana oil , it smells like a hair relaxer it’s more of a Clay formula which Batan oil is more of a thicker formulaI. I don’t recommend the purchase of this product .This is what the product looks like after allowing it to sit in the microwave, it did not melt into an oil. This is the result of what it looks like after removing it from the microwave in picture number two.
