卡羅 脆皮麻糬鬆餅粉-Waffle Premix (Crispy Mochi)(2kg*包)
有麻糬的口感的鬆餅。外表酥脆、內Q 軟，富有奶油香氣。搭配鹹料或甜品可變化多種口味。
製作方法：
1. 脆皮麻糬鬆餅粉100 克、雞蛋50 克、水
50~80±2 克、無鹽奶油30克(先隔水融化
)，把所有材料攪拌均勻成麵糊。
2. 麵糊倒入於先預熱好的鬆餅機中，約烤
焙5~8分鐘即可。
儲 存：置於陰涼、乾燥處一年。

Easy to handle, hard to crimp.

This cable is easy to manage (bend, etc) because it has an aluminum core. But for that same reason it is harder to effectively crimp, even with a hydraulic crisper.
