Sharpless began in a bedroom on a 20th birthday, in an attempt to express repressed thoughts and feelings. Frustrated by the lo-fi conventional sounds of bedroom pop, Sharpless utilizes the bedroom studio to create dense pop arrangements that weave between experimental and Top 40. They contrast these deafening hooks and celebratory genre bending rhythms, with personal lyrics that expand the mythos of the band itself. Sharpless released their debut, self-titled album in the beginning of 2011, and immediately began work on their recently released follow up album, The One I Wanted To Be. After slowly releasing singles from the album, the band began to make waves internationally. Following significant changes in their personal lives, the band began to push a more aggressive sound, combining the sonic violence of experimental punk and hip-hop with the lush melodies of Japanese pop music. The One I Wanted To Be features guest appearances from Small Wonder, Told Slant, Bellows, Eskimeaux, and many more members of The Epoch, a Brooklyn-based DIY collective. My GSD's Emotional Support Balls
My GSD has three of these and they are undoubtedly his emotional support balls. I bought these so that the medium ones wouldn't get stuck under our couch and make him spiral. He takes one everywhere, it keeps him company in his bowl when he's eating, it gets dropped in my shower, it goes potty with him, on walks, it falls out of his mouth when he falls asleep. These are the equivalent of a GSD pacifier. Best Purchase I've made hands down. Plus they don't get stinky after being constantly covered in dog drool and if they get dirty/ muddy/ hairy a decent rinse will do the trick . They last a LONG time with my super chewer, they are firm enough so that when he gets a good chew on it it doesn't fall apart. He has endless hours of obsession logged into these balls.

Dog loves this ball.
Great ball. The dog loves chasing it and it bounces in different directions so she can’t anticipate where it goes. So far she hasn’t been able to chew through the ball. She Is a medium sized dog.

Durable, bouncy, absolutely loved!
My dog, bless her heart, goes absolutely bonkers for these balls. I swear she knew what was in the package before I even opened it she was right there trying to open it for me. These are GREAT! We take them to the park with the Chuck-it Stick, to the river for some water fetch, and anywhere as her “reward” for being calm and obedient. Beware though, they sure can BOUNCE. She dropped one of these out the car window (we were going 20mph in a residential area) and even after searching for almost 10 minutes I could not find it. They can withstand her super-chewer mouth with no visible damage. I highly recommend!
