Description:

The T1R-D04 twin disc kit offers twice the number of disc surfaces compared to single disc kits, providing enhanced wear, heat capacity, and longevity. Utilizing a proprietary Positive Lift Floater System design ensures quiet operation without floater rattle and no posts to wear. ACT twin disc kits undergo an exclusive four-stage heat treating process on all diaphragms, enabling adjustability for disc wear and equal disengagement for discs. Crafted with high-quality ceramic friction materials, ACT's 6-pad rigid race discs offer high heat tolerance and maximum performance. The chrome-moly hub is heat-treated for strength and durability, facilitating quicker shifts and trouble-free service. Each kit includes a CNC-machined and dynamically balanced flywheel for easy installation and operation, along with a pressure plate, two discs, a floater, flywheel, and alignment tool. Some kits may include a pilot bearing and release bearing.
