- Thermostatically controlled heated base helps hold food at proper serving temperatures with adjustable 100 to 200 °F heat.
- Relative humidity is adjustable from 10% to 30% to help keep food looking and tasting fresh.
- Pre-focused infrared top heat directs warmth to the outer edges of the holding surface where heat loss is greatest.
