DOUBLE REGRESSION FUNCTION:

Auto-Regression 10+6 cmWhen repositioning the backrest and thigh rest, the Y6w makes the back plate retreat 10cm and the thigh plate retreats 6cm so to minimises the pressure and shear forces in the patient's pelvic region. This results in a significant reduction in the development of pressure ulcers.

ELECTRIC MOTOR:
Linear motor, with UL/ROHS/EN standard. Noise under 50 dB, with lifetime 20,000 times movement.

PLASTIC:
Environmental plastic can be sterilized in 100°C, tensile up to 30MPa Virgin ABS material.

STEELS | PAINTING:
Bao-steel from Fortune Global 500. 11 Process epoxy painting. ASTM testing anti-bacterial, paint thickness 0.12mm, brightness 60°, paint can resist 50kg impact.

WELDING | CHASSIS: 
Panasonic Robotic ensure, 360° full smooth welding. Solid bed base made of 3.0mm stamped rotating plate.

HEAD & FOOT BOARD:
Patented design Detachable head & foot board, using the eccentric locking structure, one step quick removable.

SAFETY GUARDRAIL:
L-shaped foldable guardrail (Patent), bended tube, solid installing, 0 shaking, anti-pinch, protect patient's safety

CASTORS:
Castors with TPR tire, no worn-out after running 30KM, united forming without bolts Pass Dynamic test: Bearing 120kg run 30KM and pass obstacles 500time.

JOINT-FREE TECHNOLOGY:
Removable plastic covers formed from 9 removable blow moulded lamella to minimise the slots where unwanted infections may hide.

EXTENSION:
