Pacemaker 3" Performance Exhaust System with 1 7/8" Tuned Headers & Rear Pipe Only for Holden VY Series 2 & VZ Ute (5.7L V8) - PP5363-69
Unlock massive horsepower gains and unleash an ultra-aggressive muscle roar from your 5.7L LS1 engine with the Pacemaker Sport Systems complete exhaust solution. Specifically engineered to clear the distinct utility floor pan and chassis layout of the Holden VY Series 2 and VZ Ute platforms, this high-flow setup is configured with a high-volume "Rear Pipe Only" exit plan instead of a standard rear muffler assembly. Featuring large-diameter 1 7/8" primary tuned headers paired with a massive 3" mandrel-bent layout, it delivers maximum exhaust gas velocity while providing an unrestricted bark. It is the ultimate match for cammed, modified, or high-scavenging 5.7L builds that demand peak top-end performance and a standout racetrack sound. Note: Fits Holden VY Series 2 and VZ Utility (Ute) models (2003–2006) equipped with the 5.7L LS1 V8 engine.
Features:
Precision-manufactured in Australia to deliver the absolute peak in flow efficiency, heavy-duty scavenging, and raw acoustic output for the high-performance Commodore utility platform.
- Complete Headers Setup: Total kit featuring 1 7/8" primary tuned headers, 3" hi-flow cats, and active piping sections.
- Rear Pipe Configuration: Built with a straight-through rear pipe replacing the standard tail muffler for maximum exhaust bark and unrestricted flow.
- 1 7/8" Tuned Headers: Upgraded large-tube design engineered to optimize top-end power potential and high-RPM volumetric efficiency.
- Premium Materials: Constructed completely from durable Exhaust Grade 409 Stainless Steel for superior longevity under high thermal stress.
- Mandrel Bent Tubing: Heavy-duty 3" (76mm) pipe structure ensures a smooth, constant internal diameter to prevent flow restriction.
- Hanger Integration: Designed as a direct bolt-on layout utilizing the vehicle's factory mounting points.

Important Fitment Notes:
- Specifically engineered to fit Holden VY Series 2 and VZ Utility (Ute) platforms powered by the 5.7L LS1 engine (2003–2006).
- Utility Specific Chassis Layout: This configuration features tailor-formed exhaust pipe lengths and bends designed precisely to mount cleanly under the utility bed structure and will not adapt correctly to Sedans or Wagons.
- Full kit scope: Includes 1 7/8" Tuned Performance Extractors, 3" High-Flow Metallic Catalytic Converters, and a complete 3" exhaust system featuring a straight-through rear section with a rear pipe only.
- The "Rear Pipe Only" deletion of the rear resonator creates a significantly louder, unfiltered acoustic profile compared to full-muffler configurations.
- Direct bolt-on design reuses vehicle-specific factory hanger positions.
- Professional automotive performance technician installation is highly recommended to guarantee ideal ground clearance and tight seals under the tray.
