Using Primary Source material in English and French this Chronology places the texts most commonly used for the accounts published to date - both historical and fiction - into the context of the wider campaign in East Africa. As a result, it challenges some of the traditionally held beliefs of the Lake Tanganyika Expedition. This is part 1 of 3.
