Foliage: Features dense, scale-like, lacy foliage that is chartreuse in summer, emerges brilliant gold in spring, and maintains a rich golden hue throughout the winter. This offers excellent year-round color and texture in the landscape. Size & Form: It is a dwarf, compact shrub with a broadly spreading habit of growth. It typically grows to about 2–3 feet (0.6–0.9 meters) tall with a spread of 3–5 feet (0.9–1.5 meters) at maturity. Hardiness: Extremely cold-hardy and a reliable choice for Canadian climates, rated for Canadian Hardiness Zone 3 to 9. Tolerances: Highly adaptable, it is tolerant of drought once established, poor soils (including clay, sandy, and rocky soils if well-drained), deer, and urban pollution Light: Requires full sun (at least 6 hours of direct sun daily) to maintain its optimal golden color and compact form. Water: Water deeply during its first growing season to establish a robust root system. Once established, it is drought-tolerant, requiring less frequent watering. It will not tolerate standing water and needs well-drained soil. Maintenance: This is a low-maintenance shrub that requires minimal pruning to maintain its natural, compact shape. I bought a set of these toys for my 30 lb black labs (mixed breed). They are normally very aggressive chewers, and as a result, these dogs are difficult to find toys for. They destroy pretty much everything except for those very strong rubber toys which are not as much fun for them to play with. So far, these toys have lasted us 2 days and counting which is quite an accomplishment considering their soft toys typically last about 10 min. or so before they start eating the stuffing and pull the squeakers out. Between the plastic noises from the tenticles and the squeakers my dogs have just been having the time of their lives. We have to confiscate them at bedtime so we can sleep! Even though I'm positive these toys will not hold up for much longer because of their chewing habits, it was worth the money to splurge on something fun for them to get so excited to play with. I intend to replace them occasionally as long as we continue getting at least a couple days of use out of them. If your dogs are less aggressive chewers then you should definitely give this toy a try!

My dogs loved getting these for Christmas! They each have one so they don’t fight over the one toy. Value for the money is good. They constantly play with them and the portability is great too. My one dog, Poppy, drags the orange one outside all of the time

Fun toy for the family dog but the puppy can pull the crinkle paper out

I would have given this five stars because my 5-year-old Australian shepherd border collie loves it shakes it tugs with it. It has held up great until we got a puppy and then the puppy pulls out the crinkly paper which looks just like a clear plastic wrapper so that's not good this is our second time ordering these. The first time was for my current dog and the second time when we got the puppy so he had something to play with too.

Cute, Affordable, Dogs Love

These are super cute. Both of our girls love them. Got them in January and we still have both of them as faves in May. That’s pretty impressive with the amount of toys they rip through. They 100% can easily be destroyed. Our dogs have preferred keeping them. They just enjoy these toys.
