The custom 'vintage' package is totally bespoke and original, and perfectly replicate the style of classic LP covers of the early 1960s period, with exceptional scanning, detailed reproduction of artwork and printing to original specifications made up from two parts, complete with traditional fold-over flaps, thin 'crushed' spine and finished with front side only special laminate. Working well for my home physical therapy follow-up needs

These bands work well for me to continue my physical therapy regimen at home. I have only owned them for a few weeks but the quality seems to be good for my usage. Just keep in mind I am using these for PT, not for any advanced or lofty strengthening goals.

Good starter resistance bands, nice design and fair quality

I recently started working out and spent quite some time choosing resistance bands. I decided to go with this set mainly because it has a huge number of reviews and is very popular, which felt like a safe option for a beginner.
Overall, I think this is a good value-for-money product. The bands look nice, and I really like the color palette — the coffee/milky tones look stylish and different from the usual bright gym colors.
I use them regularly, and they work fine for my workouts. One thing worth mentioning is that if you use them directly on bare skin, they can roll a bit. However, when wearing leggings, they stay in place and feel comfortable.
At this stage, I’m satisfied with them. In the future, as I train more, I’ll probably upgrade to a higher-end set, but for starting out, these bands do the job well. I’d rate them 4 out of 5.

Great quality
Color: Assorted
I use these bands every day. They have different resistant levels. I’m not sure of the pounds but easier to more difficult in range. You can actually exercise with these bands while you’re watching TV, so I do some of my exercises in the evenings while watching TV, I can see a big difference in the strength of my arms and legs. You just have to keep with it.
