Aya no Mori (綾の森) is an approachable ceremonial‑grade usucha from Kanbayashi Shunshō, a Uji tea house with over 450 years of legacy. Named after an ancient tea garden, this everyday matcha offers vibrant green energy balanced with creamy, slightly nutty, and toasted notes, accompanied by a silky yet durable finish
