- Ingredients: Roasted flours of (Ragi, Brown rice, Moong dal, Black Gram dal, Red poha), Black Salt, Zucchini powder, Broccoli powder, Capsicum powder, Coriander leaves, Curd powder, Green Chilli flakes ,Asafoetida
How to use:
- The key to making perfect dosas with batter is to add buttermilk and warm water to the premix and let it settle on the side for 15-20 mins before making the dosas.

Nice grinder set

These are a really pretty grinder set. They work well, but after a bit they don't grind as well, and the tops try to come off. They are also NOT dishwasher safe. They will literally melt, even on the top shelf.

Perfect size! Easy to hold and turn the grinder. Grinds both S & P well. Easy to fill and comes with a top to cover grinder when not in use. Perfect look and style for a table or to store for easy reach beside your stove. It also come with 2 extra replacement grinders if needed. An excellent product at a reasonable price! These are great!

I've had these for about a year year and a half and I really like them this morning the salt shaker broke, so I just ordered another set (they're not sold individually) to replace the one that broke. If you should happen to drop them on the floor the plastic top will crack!!

Great addition in my kitchen

I really like these grinders. They are perfect size. I use them for other seasonings that I want to grind up for marinating or cooking. They are adjustable so if I want larger or smaller grinds, easily do-able. Great value for the price. They look nice and are easy to use. Also easy to clean.

This grinder appeared to work great and is one of the few ceramic options available. Unfortunately, the ceramic grinder has already broken inside, detaching from the bottle altogether. There are probably tiny plastic pieces in my leftover peppercorns. Don't buy it unless you want to purchase it every few months, which is unfortunate.
