The Human BCL6B (B-cell CLL/lymphoma 6 member B protein) ELISA Kit measures BCL6B in Human Serum, Plasma, Cell Culture Supernatant, Cell or Tissue Lysate. This kit is based on Double antibody-Sandwich ELISA detection method and takes 4h assay time. The microplate provided in this kit has been precoated with anti BCL6B antibody. Add standard and properly diluted sample into relevant well respectively. After incubation, wash unbound components. Add biotinylated detection antibody. Then, it binds with BCL6B bound to precoated antibody. Wash unbound components and add HRP-Streptavidin Conjugate (SABC). Wash unbound components again and add TMB substrate solution. Then, TMB was catalyzed by HRP to produce a blue color product that turned yellow after adding a stop solution. Read the O.D. absorbance at 450nm in a microplate reader. Calculate the concentration of BCL6B in the sample by plotting standard curve. The concentration of the target substance is proportional to the OD450 value.

I could not find black shirts that fit me comfortably for years! I was convinced it would be impossible to ever find any that would fit. This felt like a long shot and it paid off! Which is rare. I do not dry them in the dryer I know they will shrink(Probably wouldn't hurt to wash cold). If you want to dry them and you can I would go size up. Not too thin or too heavy wouldn't consider it an undershirt.
