We are so very proud to present our new Dog Cooling Mat. Our faithful clients know us for making stylish yet very effective cooling products to help our gorgeous dogs cope with warm days. This new addition will make sure that your doggie lies in coolness and style.
Cooling during the summer days can be quite a difficult task for our dogs. These mats work in exactly the same way as all our other cooling products - dip in water, ring out the excess, re-water as necessary. The top layer is made of breathable sportswear materials that allow the flow of coolness towards your dog, the interlining is highly absorbent so it stays cool for long and the bottom layer is made of water repellent high tech material so your furniture is not damaged even if you lay the mat on top. Excellent for being at home but also for car rides where dogs can get a little too warm. Simply place on top of your car seat and water should not sip through.
As if this dog cooling bed was not cool enough, it packs up into a designer bundle so you can carry it around when going to the park, cafes or the pub. Since the cooling works by wetting the mat and letting the water in it evaporate, on a normal day you can use it without activating the coolness to provide a safe and comfortable space for your dog when out and about.
The mats have been carefully designed to coordinate well with the Dogsnug Dog Cooling Bandanas, Cooling Coats and Harnesses so you and your dog always look gorgeous together.
As with all Dogsnug products, the mats have been carefully designed and hand-made in London. We take great pride in designing from observing dogs and what they need, which is why our designs are always unique as the come from trying to make dogs comfortable, safe and happy.
Materials
- The upper material is a sportswear highly breathable fabric
- Interlined with a highly absorbent material
- The base is made of waterproof ripstop to avoid the filling getting wet and dirty
- The handles are made of soft and strong cotton webbing with brass fittings.
- The harness is made of elastics and poppers for easy packing up
Care
Machine wash at 30ºC or less. Please do not tumble dry or bleach

Good seat COVER, but not a seat cushion

First, it would be very helpful if the description/information did not use the word "cushion" as this implies some sort of padding in addition to the cover. The cover has a layered backing but there is no cushioning or padding like material. That said, it is a very nice sheepskin cover. It was well packed and the sheepskin material itself is soft. It is a good size and nice to sit on. However, I will return as I need some actual padding to make my very firm car seat more comfortable. My rating would have been 5 stars otherwise.

Nice comfort and warm seat cover

Used when traveled to Florida and back (3,000+ miles). Nice comfort and fit onto my Honda CRV seat good. It has straps and clips to hold it in place and rubber backing to keep it from moving around. In the winter it warms you up quickly, added bonus not expected. The quality is good, not problems with piling, or coming apart.

It’s great quality in terms of the fur, but the non-slip aspect lacks.

I wanted this not to provide extra cushion - although it does. I got this more to protect my seats in my sedan because they are tan in color and a suede-type material. So my jeans would bleed blue or black pants ect… would cause problems.
It works perfectly for the purpose I wanted it for. I no longer damage my seats, and it does not appear that my pants colors bleed into the sheepskin either. Or at least it’s so minimal I have not noticed. I even spilled a bit of water by accident, and it came off very easily too so that’s a bonus.
It’s lacking in the non-slip department. I understand the bottom is designed to be non-slip, and I do utilize the clips that attatched into the seat (the clips just slide out). Despite this is slips often. It’s not a deal breaker, but it was very disappointing. It’s frustrating to re-adjust. The gripping material underneath is not super textured like I thought. The clips not working as indented is also annoying. They don’t provide any gripping it just comes out no matter how hard I push inward.
Also, the color I bought is slightly different from what I received. I know colors vary from photo to life, but it seemed like the color was just off a tad. It was supposed to be a lighter beige according to the photo, but it’s darker. Not a deal-breaker again, but something to consider. It was close enough for me.
Overall still a good purchase, but depending on why you are buying these things may stand out to you.
