Tasting Notes

• Nose: Fresh juniper, wild nettle, bright citrus
• Palate: Herbal, slightly sweet, beautifully balanced
• Finish: Clean and long, with a gentle nettle warmth

How to Serve

Over ice with Fever-Tree Mediterranean Tonic, a dried orange wheel, and a sprig of rosemary.
