The Nervous System Reset Experience is a five-part sound-bath series designed to support nervous-system down-regulation, deep rest, and inner calm.
Through carefully curated therapeutic sound, participants are guided into a relaxed and settled state where the body can soften, the mind can slow down, and restorative calm can naturally arise. Grounded in nervous system science, this series supports the shift from the stress response to parasympathetic relaxation — a key foundation for emotional balance, improved sleep quality, and overall well-being.
This is a progressive series intended to be experienced over time, allowing the nervous system to recalibrate gently and sustainably.
The previous series received very positive feedback, so we are launching a new round.
What to Expect
Each session is conducted in a small group setting and guided with minimal verbal instruction.
A range of therapeutic sound instruments are used, including crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, gong, ocean drum, and chimes. The sound experience is non-directive, allowing each participant’s nervous system to respond naturally and intuitively, without pressure or performance.
