Legion 20-Gallon Stationary Direct Steam Kettle with Integrated MV Mixer
Full-Jacketed • 304 Stainless Steel • 30 psi Operating PressureBring high-volume cooking and consistent product quality to the heart of your kitchen. This 20-gallon Legion kettle combines rapid, even steam heating with a factory-mounted, twin-shaft agitator that mixes, scrapes and aerates—all while you focus on other tasks.
Why You’ll Love It
- Full 30 psi steam jacket delivers faster heat-up with zero hot spots.
- MV two-speed mixer (46 / 23 RPM) keeps ingredients perfectly blended, from thin broths to thick chili.
- Anchor-style agitator with removable nylon scraper blades sweeps the entire kettle wall and base.
- Counter-rotating beater (120 / 60 RPM) accelerates cooking times and prevents product “build-up.”
- 2" draw-off valve with ¼" perforated strainer lets you portion or drain while filtering out solids.
- (3) heavy-duty legs with adjustable flanged feet allow secure, level anchoring.
- Actuator-assisted bridge lift with positive rim lock; mixing stops automatically when the bridge is raised.
- All 304 stainless steel construction stands up to daily wash-downs and corrosive ingredients.
- Built in the USA to meet or exceed ASME & NSF standards.
