CURT Rebellion XD ShockDrop Ball Mount Solution for your Vehicle
The CURT 45969-85-50 is a high-performance towing kit featuring the advanced Rebellion™ XD ShockDrop™ system. This complete package includes the adjustable cushion hitch base, a 50mm tongue attachment, and a 50mm chrome tow ball, providing a 3,500kg towing capacity with unparalleled comfort and control.
Key Features:
- ShockDrop™ Technology: Features a built-in cushioned isolator that provides dynamic, adaptive suspension at the coupling point.
- Complete Towing Kit: Includes the Rebellion XD Base, 50mm Tongue Attachment, and 50mm Chrome Tow Ball.
- Smooth Ride: Actively protects your towing system from jerking, jarring, rattling, and trailer sway.
- Precision Leveling: Six height adjustment positions allow for a 152mm maximum drop to ensure level towing for various trailers.
- Maintenance-Free: No airbags or bearings to service—simply mount it to your 50mm receiver and go.
- Heavy-Duty Construction: Made from high-strength cast steel with a premium Dark Grey Teridium finish.
- Class 4 Rated: Designed for heavy-duty pickup trucks and SUVs, including lifted vehicles.
The Rebellion™ XD represents a major leap forward in towing technology. By isolating the metal-on-metal connection between the vehicle and trailer, it absorbs the energy from bumps and potholes before it reaches the driver. This results in increased confidence during sudden braking events and a significantly quieter, more comfortable journey.
Please Note: The shank is designed for drop use only and cannot be flipped. This kit is specifically for 50mm (2") square hitch receivers.
