In this role, he collaborates with customers, the field, engineering, Cisco IT, and third-party technology partners to drive the development of industry-leading network analytics solutions. In his more than 20 years with Cisco, Tim has authored/co-authored five generations of Cisco QoS Design Guides, four Cisco Press books, an IETF standard (RFC 8325), and multiple patents. Additionally, Tim has been inducted into the Cisco Distinguished Speaker Hall of Fame Elite, representing the Top 1 percent of Cisco speakers of all time. Dave Zacks is a distinguished technical marketing engineer within the Cisco ENB team, focused on network architectures and fabrics, network hardware and ASIC design, switching, wireless, and the many and diverse technologies under the enterprise networking umbrella. Dave is based in Vancouver, Canada, and has been with Cisco for 19 years. Dr. Matthias Falkner is a distinguished technical marketing engineer within the Cisco ENB team. He currently focuses on the evolution of enterprise and service provider network architectures, and in particular on end-to-end architecture solutions involving virtualization. Matthias is currently helping to drive the Cisco automation strategy for enterprise networks (including DNA Center). Matthias also holds responsibilities in branch virtualization and in the definition of the cloud exchange architecture. Prior to his role within ENB, Matthias was the lead TME architect for the Cisco ASR 1000 Series routers. He has also held positions in product management, and served as a product line manager for the Cisco 10000 Series routers. From 2000 to 2005, Matthias was a consulting systems engineer in the Deutsche Telekom account team with Cisco Germany. Matthias holds a PhD in Systems and Computer engineering from Carleton University, Canada, and an MSc in Operations Research & Information Systems from the London School of Economics and Political Science, UK. His technical interests are in the area of performance characterization of virtualized networks, high availability, and service chaining. Simone Arena is a principal technical marketing engineer (TME) within the Cisco ENB team and is primarily focused on enterprise network architecture and on all things related to wireless and mobility. Simone is based in Italy and is a Cisco veteran, having joined Cisco in 1999. I’ve been using the Melaxin Body Keratin Care Kojic Acid Turmeric treatment, and I’m honestly impressed with how it has improved my skin texture and tone.
This product combines kojic acid and turmeric, which are known for helping brighten the skin and reduce the appearance of dark spots. It also contains keratin and other nourishing ingredients that leave my skin feeling soft, smooth, and hydrated. 
After a few uses, I noticed my skin looked more even and radiant, especially in areas like my arms and elbows. It gently exfoliates and helps remove dead skin without causing irritation, which is great for sensitive skin. 
The formula feels lightweight and easy to apply, and I love that it can target hard-to-reach areas depending on the format (spray or serum).

Life saver for your skin

I was skeptical before buying this. my skin dries out so quickly and lotions is just a temporary fix for dry skin. I was amazed that the first time I used it all the dry skin was peeling off such a simple solution. I’ll never be without it now you have to try it to believe it.

Good product

I have used 1/2 bottle since December. Easy to use on dry skin, I use it before showering. I Probably don’t use it enough, simply because I forget. I have had dry peeling skin on my forehead recently and thought, oh I should use it there. I have to say, it made a big difference. One use and the dry skin came off and my forehead looks much better. I was having a hard time with makeup looking splotchy and now it goes on smooth.

Makes the skin smooth and soft

The product is wonderful. The first time I used it, it took off alot of the dead skin on my feet. Better than the "egg" or pumas stone. And bonus my hands are rough to and while rubbing on feet it rubbed off my hands as well and the hands are smoother too. NICE. Has a vick's vapor rub smell to it. Not overly strong. Im looking forward to having my feet smooth for the first time, ever!!! The only thing is the bottle it comes in. I could not get the sprayer to work. The off button worked beautifully but the on button did not work. When on it pumped but nothing came out. I even had my family and friends try to get it to work, but to no avail. So I put it in another spray bottle which worked and it was fine. Love the product!

Works great,smells like Noxema

This is a great exfoliater. I use it once a week from face to toes. The smell reminds me of Noxema wich I'm not fond of but it's dose rinse off well. Works on both wet and dry skin wich I like better than a different brand which only works on dry skin.
