A comprehensive and thrilling history of the Vikings for fans of the History Channel series, soon to return for its fifth season From Harald Bluetooth to Cnut the Great, the feared seamen and plunderers of the Viking Age ruled Norway, Sweden, and Denmark but roamed as far as Byzantium, Greenland, and America. Raiders and traders, settlers and craftsmen, the medieval Scandinavians who have become familiar to history as Vikings never lose their capacity to fascinate, from their ingeniously designed longboats to their stormy pantheon of Viking gods and goddesses, ruled by Odin in Valhalla. Robert Ferguson is a sure guide across what he calls "the treacherous marches which divide legend from fact in Viking Age history." His long familiarity with the literary culture of Scandinavia with its skaldic poetry is combined with the latest archaeological discoveries to reveal a sweeping picture of the Norsemen, one of history's most amazing civilizations. Impeccably researched and filled with compelling accounts and analyses of legendary Viking warriors and Norse mythology, The Vikings is an indispensable guide to medieval Scandinavia and is a wonderful companion to the History Channel series. "Integrating archaeological, genetic, linguistic, and literary information, Ferguson realizes a Viking history bound to satisfy." -BooklistBinding Type: Paperback

Best quality I've found on Amazon yet
Flavor Name: Extra Strong, Size: 3.4 Fl Oz
I've tried several different brands of black seed oil on here and so far this one seems like the best quality yet. It makes me feel really great when I take it regularly. I try to find one's with 2% tq or higher and this one has it. I see reviews where people won't take black seed oil bc of the taste and that it upsets their stomach and I concur on both, however, there are ways around both. To take, I put a teaspoon under my tongue and take a swig of water after to wash it down, then a few more swigs to get it all down and no taste left in the mouth. I never taste it that way. You also should take it after a meal, not on an empty stomach. It makes me very queasy and burpy if I don't eat first. So I make sure to take it after breakfast and no stomach issues at all! Highly recommend.

Quality
Flavor Name: Mild, Size: 3.4 Fl Oz
Although it's on a pricey side but this black seed oil is very well packaged (amber glass bottle packed in the carton tube) to preserve the quality. The taste is mild, not upseting the stomach if taken on empty stomach. I can't attest to a very specific results but I am taking it for Inflammation due to autoimmune process. I feel better overall I my body (less to no no aches, stamina) but I am not sure if this oil is to thank
