You asked and we delivered a solution that covers your music gear from top to bottom in the most simple way possible. If your instrument or equipment isn't working correctly and you purchased ProCare, simply bring it in for service or replacement without an appointment. No deductibles, no hidden fees, no service charges...only the professional care and peace of mind you've experienced from DC since 1984, now in a single plan that has you and your gear covered by the pros.
Coverage for the Unexpected
- ProCare covers parts and labor for any failure resulting from normal operating, including wear and tear, accidental damage from drops or spills, mechanical or electrical failures due to power surges, dust, internal heat, humidity, and musical mishaps.
No-hassle Repair or Replacement Process
- Simply bring your gear to DC for an in-store diagnosis and priority repair with expedited service. If it doesn't make sense to repair your product we will replace it or issue you a store credit for the full purchase price including sales tax. ProCare is that complete and that easy.
No Additional Out-of-Pocket Costs
- No deductibles, no hidden fees, no service charges. With ProCare you relax knowing the total cost of ownership for the duration of your plan.
Guaranteed Trade-In!
- We guarantee to offer you at least 60% of your gear's purchase price back as store credit when you trade for something else during your ProCare coverage. Ask a Crew Member how you can get 99% of your purchase price back when you step into pro gear. More music, less money.
