Flower essences are dilute, potentized botanical infusions, prepared from wildflowers or cultivated blooms. Blossoms for these essences were gathered under full sun and crafted with care. Ways to use the Dropper Bottles: Add 3-5 drops to a glass of water, juice or tea, 1-3x per day. Add to a room diffuser or spray. Topically rub on your wrists/pulse points/chakra centers 1-3x per day or as needed. Add a few drops to your bath water or favorite lotion. Made for the ups & downs of everyday life.
