6 Switch Power Control System with Strobe Lights Switch for Can-Am Maverick X3

XTC Power Products Leads the way in UTV Wiring. Powering multiple accessories has become easier than ever with our Plug and Play PCS (Power Control System) for the Polaris Can-Am Maverick X3 with Strobe System. Unlike other switch systems available, the Power Control System’s designed with the installer in mind. Every PCS has a vehicle specific power connector and rocker switch harness that fits the factory pre-cut rocker switch positions.

Power Delivered

The PCS-72S-MAV includes 1 x 30 amp and 1 x 20 amp high current circuits on relays with Diode protection. The design reduces voltage spikes from field collapse, protecting LED lights and other sensitive accessories. There are also 3 x 10 amp direct wire circuits provided for low power accessories like rock lights or whip lights. One Switch’s a dedicated Strobe Light System with 2-Channels on a 10 amp fuse. Additionally included is a fuse block that protects the circuits and comes with an eight gauge power cable and fuses. Most UTV charging systems produce anywhere from 40-70 amps. Because of this, a 50 amp circuit breaker at the battery safely supplies power to the PCS. Installing a 100+ amp high power switch system is not practical in a UTV.

The Power Control Systems Barrier Strip

Pro wiring installers have been using barrier strips in off-road vehicle builds for years. Some good reasons would be aesthetics, along with ease of use when adding new connections and troubleshooting down the road. Each screw point on the barrier strip has a different colored wire that corresponds with the fuse box and switches harness wires. Therefore the 1st rocker switch would be the large 30 amp grey wire, and then so on and so forth. Lastly, the purple and yellow wires are the Strobe System circuits and Strobe in a left/right sequence when activated.

Can-Am Maverick X3 Strobe System Switch Power Harness Configurations

Designed for the Can-Am Maverick X3, the PCS-72S-MAV switch harness has three rocker switch positions that mount in the center console between the driver and passenger. Additionally, two rocker switches mount in the center dash and a last switch that can mount next to the steering wheel or center dash. Also, the rocker switches can be installed together in any custom way deemed fit by the installer as well.  The Strobe System has 7 different flashing patterns that can be cycled through using the included black mountable switch. Moreover, a Molex connector links the switch harness to the main Power Control System.

Modular Power Connection

The PCS-72S-MAV has a modular power connector at the fuse box with +/- ring terminals that connect to ignition power. Consequently, the lower LED (available on custom rocker switches) will only illuminate when the ignition key is turned on. The upper light only comes on when the rocker switch’s pressed. It should be noted that the wiring system will work with or without the vehicle’s ignition power on.

*The PCS-72S-MAV comes with 5  incandescent lit Carling V-Series Rocker Switches that have an actuator with a red lens, and 1 Strobe Lights LED Lit Rocker Switch. Alternatively, the PCS-72-NS ONLY comes with Strobe Lights Rocker Switch Switch, and no other switches. LED lit custom rocker switches are available separately and can be found on our Rocker Switch page.

Two romances for the price of one!!
Format: Kindle
This was a really interesting book. Usually you only get a single romance, maybe some side character has a little something happen offpage. Not here. You get two complete romances for the price of one. Though the romances are interconnected and somewhat similar. Both Eleanor and Tatum don't believe they should have relationships...though for very different reasons. And they both overcome their fears and move forward with their love interests in similar fashion. Dawn was by far the best side character, and I loved her. I would honestly love to have a story of her finding love again, even at her age. She's just so fun. Eleanor and Carson are a fun pair. They bring out the fun and playful in her. She brings out the emotional depth in them. They really do make each other better, more complete people. They become close very quickly which ends up scaring Eleanor off. Tatum and June are adorable. They both obviously like each other, but Tatum is hung up on the idea that nothing will ever work because of how her family is, and June is trying to deal with being the kind of person who needs a relationship to feel safe and normal. They finally start to open up to each other and then mutually freak out a little causing hurt feelings. There is a third act breakup for each couple. They happen about the same time, and last for the same time in the book and chronologically which is a few months unfortunately. Overall it was a very light, fluffy story that is easy to fall into. There aren't really any truly explicit spicy scenes. There is the barest amount of spice and then it gets glossed over, so not truly fade to black either. I wasn't a fan of the whole 'NYC is so super fabulous and everyone should want to live there' kind of vibe parts of the book gave off, but that's more of a personal hangup of mine than anything else.

Feeling The Holiday inspiration
Format: Kindle, Format: Kindle
Tatum needs a quick escape from her small town life and the week of events planned to introduce her (and the rest of the family) to a surprise half brother, so she joins customer-who-she-won’t-let-herself-love June on a business trip to NYC Tatum is swapping homes with Eleanor, who needs an escape of her own from The City after of PR nightmare of a job - and situationship - loss throws her life into chaos. While she’s staying at Tatum’s, she meets her younger sibling and her attraction to them is both immediate and required. But are there feelings too? I think with any story that involves multiple relationships, you’re going to be interested in one over the other. For me, I was invested more in Eleanor and Carson. Their spontaneity and artistic sides of their jobs seemed to mesh well from the start. I’m still not sold on why Tatum and June shouldn’t have been together from the start, so it felt like I was waiting for them to catch up. My favorite side character would have to be aging former movie star Dawn, from Tatum and June’s storyline. I was cheering for her to get a second chance at the spotlight. I was happy for HEAs all around, especially when the couples have to overcome the issues of having existing lives in different places. I enjoy books like this when there’s an epilogue set later too, assuring those HEAs stick the landing!

Entertaining
Format: Kindle
This is a fun book that includes a house swap such as you have seen in the movie Holiday. Tatum and Eleanor both go through things personally and need a change so they switch houses which are in different towns. One goes to a small town, whereas one is in the Hollywood area. It’s really fun to see how both characters adjust to being in different places and how it really makes them think about their own lives while they each by themselves falling for someone. There is wonderful banter throughout the book and all of the side characters are entertaining as well. It’s a fun book.

Not for me
Format: Paperback
I’ll start off by saying I’m definitely not the target audience for this book yet I tried not to let that color my review any. The dual main characters are interesting in their own ways yet I didn’t find myself invested in the outcome.

The Holliday but make it sapphic
Format: Paperback
Ok, sapphic twist on The Holiday was just what I needed. I loved all the sweet little details between the couples and all the family drama. June and Tatum swap homes with Eleanor and leave their small town for a big adventure in New York, hoping to sell June's perfume business. Tatum needs to escape her family, and wouldn't you know it, she has always had a huge crush on June. Eleanor needs to get out of New York stat when she finds out her fling is actually engaged, she gets fired from her job, and she is just an all-around mess. She jumps at the chance to swap homes and for a girl with a lot of romantic issues, meeting Tatum's sibling Carson is quite the distraction. In New York, Eleanor's neighbor Dawn is an old famous actress, and she was one of my favorite characters. She was full of life but needed to be reminded how much of a badass she is. June and Tatum are able to get her to be social while she forces them to evaluate what is holding them back. My second favorite character is Carson. The romance between them and Eleanor was so swoony, and I felt like they are the kind of person you want to orbit because being near them would make you happy. I think them as a couple was the best part of the book, and the way Eleanor gets to join in on the crazy family reunion Tatum has to skip out on. Tatum was probably the hardest character for me to love. They felt extremely juvenile for their age, and I kept thinking she was 18-20, only to be reminded she was an adult almost in their 30s. I also felt a little less invested in her love story with June and while I liked them both fine, Carson and Eleanor were top tier for me. If you are looking for a romcom with heart, this one will check those boxes.
