The new Vitamix Blending Bowls for the Ascent Series lets you blend dips, spreads, smoothie cups, and even baby food right inside the bowl, so now you can take your creation to go immediately after blending. The convenient 8 oz. size is also perfect for quickly chopping ingredients like garlic and onion. Attach the bowl to the Ascent blending blade base (not included) to blend individual servings of your favorite smoothies, chop ingredients for use in your favorite dishes, or even fully emulsify dressings. After blending, simply replace the blade base with the lid to take your blended creations on the go or for storing them in the refrigerator. Using NFC technology, your Vitamix Ascent blender will detect the small size of the bowl and automatically adjust the blend settings to give you a perfect blend every time! Double walled insulation helps to maintain both hot and cold temperatures while transporting your new container. Includes 2 blending bowls with stackable storage lids.
