With the 50th anniversary of the American band the Charlatans' debut, Big Beat are celebrating with this carefully conceived deluxe vinyl edition of the original line-up's best recordings, The Limit Of The Marvelous. The iconic quintet are widely acknowledged with kickstarting the San Francisco 1960s renaissance. The Charlatans presented a blend of Americana-infused popular styles, encompassing country, swing, bluegrass, 50s rock 'n' roll and olde English folk. The band's image radiated class that few of their hirsute, tie-dyed peers matched. The Limit Of The Marvelous distils the best cuts from Big Beat's essential Amazing Charlatans CD to approximate the long-player the group should have issued at their peak in 1966. It juxtaposes idiosyncratic folk-rock 'Codine Blues' and 'Alabama Bound' with dustbowl-dry originals from the pen of guitarist/drummer Dan Hicks, including the first recording of his signature number 'How Can I Miss You When You Won't Go Away'. Housed in a Globe Propaganda-approved sleeve complete with copious illustrations of this most photogenic of outfits, The Limit Of The Marvelous is a fitting reminder in their anniversary year of the continuing magic of the Charlatans.

Sturdy and long lasting.
These balls are a favorite of my Sheltie! She loves to chase after them and catch them in the air. My dog is not a chewer so I can't say how they hold up under aggressive circumstances! They do last a long time .

Your fur kid will thank you!

My dog absolutely LOVES this toy! I recently adopted a rescue & wasn’t sure what she might like, so I bought this in a 6” size for a 50# shep/lab/hound. The ball comes with a cute little pump with needle which only takes a few seconds to inflate. I put the ball outside for her; she wasn’t sure of it at first but it didn’t take her long to realize how fun it was to throw around & chase. She throws it up in the air by the loops & runs all over the yard with it & it’s so comical to watch! It seems pretty durable & well made - I’m shocked she hasn’t punctured it by now, but if she does I will definitely buy her another….and another. This is easily her favorite toy. I highly recommend it for your fur kid - you won’t be disappointed, & neither will they..

This ball was great! My dog loves it. I ordered another smaller one. It had no pump and the inside was separated from the outside piece so it couldn’t be pumped up.
