About the Author

Neilson N. Kaufman was born in Barts Hospital Holborn, London but was brought up in Hoxton before moving to South Africa in 1981.

He was first approached and then appointed as club historian of Leyton Orient back in 1971 by the then Commercial Manager Brian Blower. Nearly fifty-years later he is still club historian and works from his home in Fourways, Johannesburg, South Africa.
