Six Questions Your Sola Salon Studios Franchise Pitch Deck Must Answer

We developed this franchise investment pitch deck using real-world salon suite data and deep industry research. The slides are pre-populated with researched data like the $1,553,000 year-one revenue target and the 5.5% royalty structure to give you a head start. All content is based on a franchise disclosure document review to ensure your projections stay grounded in reality.

Write the first super-short strategic question on Sola Salon Studios Franchise franchise unit pitch deck. Re-frase, but keep the same sence: Why is now the right time to invest in this salon studio franchise unit? Follow this example:

Why this franchise unit now?

Beauty professionals are fleeing commission-based models to seek independence without the headache of a full build-out. This unit meets that demand by providing move-in-ready suites in high-traffic, affluent areas. How to create a pitch deck for a salon franchise starts with proving this shift in professional behavior. Independence is the new currency in the beauty world.

Market Urgency

  • Shift to professional independence
  • High demand for private suites
  • Turnkey solution for stylists
[dynamic_pic9]
Write the second super-short strategic question on Sola Salon Studios Franchise franchise unit pitch deck. Re-frase, but keep the same sence: What does this franchise unit offer, and why is its solution meaningfully better than local alternatives? Follow this example:

What is the competitive solution?

We offer thirty state-of-the-art suites with premium finishes and a 'Concierge Tech' system for seamless booking. This is defintely a step up from basic booth rentals that lack professional business support and a franchise operational strategy. A better environment leads to better retention, which leads to better margins.

Superior Offering

  • Premium move-in-ready finishes
  • Proprietary concierge tech system
  • Ongoing business education workshops

Write the third super-short strategic question on Sola Salon Studios Franchise franchise unit pitch deck. Re-frase, but keep the same sence: Who buys from this franchise unit, and how big is the local opportunity (TAM/SAM/SOM)? Follow this example:

Who is the target tenant?

We target established stylists and wellness practitioners within a ten-mile radius of high-income districts. This investor presentation for retail franchise startups shows a total revenue opportunity scaling from $1.55M in year one to $2.79M by year five. Local density of high-end boutiques drives the necessary foot traffic.

Market Opportunity

  • $1,553,000 year-one revenue target
  • 10-mile radius professional recruitment
  • Affluent Scottsdale demographic focus
[dynamic_pic11]
Write the fourth super-short strategic question on Sola Salon Studios Franchise franchise unit pitch deck. Re-frase, but keep the same sence: How does this franchise unit make money, and what are the core revenue streams and unit economics? Follow this example:

How does the unit profit?

Revenue comes from recurring studio lease payments, tech service fees, and premium amenities. This salon suite rental business model presentation highlights that suite rentals alone are projected to generate $850,000 in 2026. Plus, with a 5.5% royalty, the store-level EBITDA remains strong at $462,000 in the first year.

Revenue Streams

  • $850,000 initial suite rental income
  • 5.5% royalty and 2% marketing
  • 29% year-one EBITDA margin
[dynamic_pic12]
Write the fifth super-short strategic question on Sola Salon Studios Franchise franchise unit pitch deck. Re-frase, but keep the same sence: Who are the main local competitors, and what is this franchise unit's defensible edge? Follow this example:

Who are the main competitors?

Main rivals include traditional commission salons and lower-tier booth rentals. Our edge is the luxury brand positioning and a franchise unit expansion strategy deck that focuses on high-retention beauty entrepreneurs. Location is the ultimate moat in retail franchises.

Defensible Edge

  • Luxury brand reputation and identity
  • High-retention turnkey convenience
  • Strategic high-traffic retail location
[dynamic_pic13]
Write the sixth super-short strategic question on Sola Salon Studios Franchise franchise unit pitch deck. Re-frase, but keep the same sence: How much funding is required, what will the funds be used for, and what milestones will that unlock for the franchise unit? Follow this example:

What funding is required?

We need funding for a $60,000 franchise fee and $750,000 in leasehold improvements. This will unlock a March 2026 breakeven milestone, just three months after the launch of rentals. Pitching a franchise unit to potential lenders requires showing this clear path to a 5-year payback. Speed to breakeven is the ultimate validator of a local site.

Milestones and Uses

  • $750,000 for leasehold improvements
  • 3-month window to breakeven
  • $1.55M revenue milestone in Year 1

I’m a little disappointed.
Format: Kindle
I usually like Jillian West’s books but this one was missing a lot for me. The pregnancy didn’t come across as real. She’s on her feet for 12 hour days but is perfectly healthy at 8 months pregnant? Yet the week she moves in all of a sudden she’s not? She is planning on actually running during one of the plot buildups. But at 8 months pregnant that’s incredibly hard to do. The lack of breathing ability and lung space, the change in body center, mass, and gravity. All of it prohibits running, unless you’re an athlete this didn’t come off as at all realistic. I didn’t feel any connection with the alphas. There wasn’t any emotional connection. It could be because of the tense it was written in. But I didn’t get any deep feelings out of this. It came across as checking off boxes. Even the spicy scenes weren’t really believable for me. I wanted to see them fall for her, and it just kind of all fizzled. Even Bishop. One thing I did really like was the ending. I did not see it coming and I’m interested in reading book two because of it. But on the whole this book was mostly disappointing for me.

Vale is an 8 month pregnant omega working as a waitress at a strip club and a cam girl. She starts to get very creepy vibes from a regular at the club, and her baby daddy ghosted her. She has had an online relationship with a man named Bishop through her cam girl status. One night, bishop was paying to watch her sleep and ansthe creepy regular Andrew break in and watch her sleep he tells vale to come to him at his business now. She flees and finds herself at a large security company with some.hot of alphas who are there to help her. This imegaverse is a little different than I have read, but I am thoroughly enjoying it. Vale is not a traditional omega she was raised by a single beta mom, and the alphas are not normal alphas they have never really loved pack life. But they are ruthless mercenaries. They need her, and she needs them. I love the aspect of the stalker and now the plot twists at the end, so so good. Sometimes, it seemed a little slow and stale mated, but since this a duet, I think It was just her starting to have Vale get to know her alpha suitors. Cliffhanger for sure with this one.

That ending 😫
Format: Kindle
I fell into a false sense of security and really thought this was gearing towards a happy ending. Then I realized there’s no work they don’t punish Andrew. I really liked Vale’s character. I don’t normally read books with pregnancy but going into this knowing she was pregnant made it more enjoyable for me. I loved Bishops devotion to her and her happiness. I also loved that Holt and Mercy couldn’t fight their attraction to her. I love scent matches so very much. I’m so curious to see how this duet will end up. And I need to pay more attention and notice that a book I’m starting is a duet to begin with lol

I just knew there was something about Cooper! I’m wondering if he’s about to be included but damn I’m glad he’s at least not a rapist and creepy guy, he just got called on assignment and had to go! This should be interesting! She’s gonna run and then what’s his face is gonna grab her. I’m worried! Wow that was a great book and cliffhanger! Loving this!

Good start to a series
Format: Kindle
I delayed reading the series for reasons I don’t remember. But my TBR list is huge so I thought I’d take a shot of this and I was pleasantly surprised. I didn’t think the blurb about it was anything special. But it was a very good book. It took some interesting twists and turns. I am so glad the second book is already out. Because I would not have waited patiently. Very slow burn but good storyline. 🔥🔥/5
