Next-Generation Outdoor Wireless with WiFi 6
Experience a significant upgrade to your outdoor network with the MikroTik NetBox 5 ax, a powerful and versatile device built to handle multiple roles. Whether you need a robust Access Point (AP), a reliable Customer Premises Equipment (CPE), or a high-performance Point-to-Point link, the NetBox 5 ax delivers. This device is the Wi-Fi 6 successor to the popular NetBox 5, featuring a modern dual-core ARM CPU, Gigabit Ethernet, and a durable, weatherproof enclosure designed for any environment.
Unmatched Flexibility and Performance
The powerful 5 GHz Wi-Fi 6 (802.11ax) radio comes with two RP-SMA connectors, allowing you to customize your setup. Attach an omnidirectional antenna like the HGO-antenna-OUT to create a wide-coverage outdoor AP, or pair it with a directional antenna like the mANT30 PA to establish a formidable long-range point-to-point link. Powered by a modern Qualcomm Maple CPU and 256 MB of RAM, it runs on the powerful RouterOS v7, providing extensive configuration possibilities.
Engineered for the Outdoors
The NetBox 5 ax is built to withstand the elements, with a tested ambient temperature range of -40°C to 70°C. Its thoughtfully designed case can be opened with one hand, simplifying installation and maintenance. It includes a mounting loop for easy tower or pole installation and also offers a separate DIN rail mount. Powering the device is simple with Passive PoE-in (18-28V), and it also features a USB port for additional storage or other peripherals.
