Smelling salts have been used for decades in strength sports, boxing, and high-intensity training environments. Zone Smelling Salts use ammonium carbonate compounds that release ammonia gas when exposed to moisture and air.
The sudden ammonia vapor stimulates the respiratory response, causing a reflexive inhale that can increase alertness and momentary focus. This effect is short-lived and intended strictly for brief, situational use—such as heavy singles, max attempts, or competition settings.

How to Use for Maximum Longevity
