Mountains Come Out of the Sky: The Illustrated History of Prog Rock(Book). From its artful beginnings (Syd Barrett era Pink Floyd, the Mothers of Invention, and those progressive forebearers, the Sgt. (Book). From its artful beginnings (Syd Barrett-era Pink Floyd, the Mothers of Invention, and those progressive forebearers, the Sgt. Pepper-era Beatles), through the towering guitar solos, monumental synthesizer banks, and mind-boggling special effects of the Golden Age of Prog (Rush, Pink Floyd, Yes, ELP, Genesis, Jethro Tull, King Crimson, UK), through the radio-friendly "pop era" (Asia, the Phil Collins-led Genesis, and a reformed Yes), and right up to the present state of the art (Marillion, Spock's Beard, and Mars Volta), this is a wickedly incisive tour of rock music at its most spectacular. This is indeed the book prog rock fans have been waiting for, the only one of its kind, as fantastic as the subjects it covers.Binding Type: Paperback

Great purchase!
I'm on a keto diet so I use this twice a day and it works great! Just pop a tab in glass with 8-10 oz water, great subtle flavor, no sugar! Absolutely LOVE the packaging! No messing with pouches or scoops! One sleeve has 10 tablets, so just plop it in my bag and I go about my day, not worrying the pouch will tear or open (has happened with other sticks!). Simple. Love it. Can't wait until they have other flavors, but I'll keep drinking this one indefinitely.

Taste good
I like the flavour, not too sweet, the only thing is they take a while to dissolve

Weird taste...and no fizz....
I presume these do what they are meant to do...replenish electrolytes (although how completely you need replenishing, meaning needing other minerals besides what are in these Idk)
However, the whole reason I would not repurchase is the taste is ...OFF. For some its not that strong, but for me its TOO strong, I want a subtler lemon lime taste (or any other flavor) basically a sugarless Sprite taste. And if you're looking for fizz to truly make it a flavored seltzer water experience, Nope.
