YES. Shifter 3D Men’s Snowboard

The YES. Shifter 3D Men’s Snowboard is a soft–medium flex true twin park board with a Jib Camber profile, Y3D 3D nose and tail, and a durable extruded base—built to take the abuse of spring slush, street spots, and rocky rails while staying fun and forgiving.

Built for Jibs, Rails & All-Day Park Laps

  • Park-focused true twin: A perfectly symmetrical True Twin Multiradius shape means the Shifter 3D feels the same riding regular or switch, making it ideal for spins, switch landings, and creative lines.
  • Jib Camber profile: Predominantly camber underfoot with a more mellow, jib-friendly feel gives you confident pop and edge hold without feeling overly catchy when you’re sliding rails or buttering around.
  • Y3D Freestyle base shaping: Subtle 3D shaping in the nose and tail (Y3D Freestyle) lifts the sidebases just enough to smooth out butters, reduce edge catches on rails and sketchy landings, and add a bit of extra float when it’s soft or slushy.
  • Multi-radius sidecut: Blended sidecut radii from tip to tail keep turn initiation smooth and predictable while giving you plenty of control for carving into jumps or threading technical features.

Durable Construction That Loves Abuse

  • Fluid Core (Poplar/Paulownia): A 50% poplar / 50% paulownia wood core keeps the board lightweight, responsive, and strong enough to handle repeated impacts and hard landings.
  • Biax fiberglass: Biax glass delivers a forgiving, torsionally soft flex that makes presses, butters, and turn initiation easier while still providing enough support to stomp tricks with confidence.
  • Extruded base: The extruded P-Tex base is tough, low-maintenance, and easy to repair—perfect for riders who spend a lot of time in the park, on rails, or exploring side hits.
  • Forever Flex: YES. pre-flexes each board at the factory so it feels “broken in” from day one and the flex and camber profile stay more consistent throughout the board’s life.
  • Lifetime warranty: Backed by YES. with a lifetime structural warranty for the original owner for added peace of mind.

On-Snow Feel

  • Flex: 5/10 medium-soft: Soft enough to lock into presses and tweak grabs, yet supportive enough for jump takeoffs and landings.
  • Catch-free and confidence-inspiring: The combination of Jib Camber, Y3D nose and tail, and multi-radius sidecut keeps the board stable on edge while helping it feel less hooky when you’re flat-basing or riding slow into features.
  • True twin, centered stance: A centered stance and zero setback keep the board balanced for park laps, switch tricks, and freestyle riding all over the resort.

Who It’s For

The Shifter 3D is for intermediate and advanced freestyle riders who want a playful, durable twin that’s tuned for jibs, rails, and low-speed park fun but still happy cruising laps across the mountain. If your perfect day involves side hits, butters, rail lines, and creative transitions, this board is built to be your go-to.

In law there is always another way
Format: Kindle
I finished this book having completed all but one course for my law degree. It is a goldmine of techniques and outlines the modus operandi of how Judges and Lawyers ideally operate.

Needs to be more concise to weed out extraneous crap in your arguments
Format: Paperback
It’s very wordy and could be a lot more concise and be even more effective. “Getting to maybe” is not an exercise in dissertations but finding the right points to create an effective argument. There are better resources out there.

This book made me angry
Format: Paperback
I was excited about this book. Many law-related blogs and forums highly recommended this book. It's a "must read" for law students, they said. I was angry when I read the introduction. I was angrier when I began reading the chapters. What happened to brevity? Law students are already swamped with course readings. Why write a book intended to be read by law students in such a long and voluminous way? Much of the text can be removed. "Get to the point," I found myself telling the author as I read page after page. I hated it. It is the rare law student who will pick up this book for its narrative value. The typical law student will pick this book for its value on navigating through law school exams, not for its story-telling. Yet that student will be left disappointed. I wish the author would have considered writing a "Get to the Point" book, which would serve as a shorter version of 'Getting to Maybe.' Perhaps it is not too late. "Get to the Point" could serve as an alternative or accompanying version, maybe? I ask that the author considers this.
