Designed to give caterers full control of the chilling and freezing process, the WBCF Blast Chiller Freezer rapidly reduces food temperature from +90°C to +3°C in 90 minutes or from +90°C to -18°C in 240 minutes. This helps eliminate the risks of slow cooling while meeting food safety legislation, HACCP compliance, and cook-chill catering guidelines worldwide.
Williams’ (AirSmart) airflow system ensures even chilling, prevents product dehydration, and maintains food quality. Soft and hard chilling options allow delicate foods to cool safely while denser foods can be chilled more powerfully when required.
Rapid freezing helps preserve texture, appearance, taste, aroma, and overall product quality.
