It’s a memoir of experiences. The good, the bad, and the ugly, and how you can do what I did and stop the cycle of abuse. None of us are perfect and our past is part of who we are, but friends, it does not have to determine who you become!

I discuss some of the things that helped me heal my past, both as my journey progressed, as well as recently.
