- 5.9 liter stainless steel bowl includes a handle, lid scraper, and smooth blade assembly.
- Two-speed 1.2 HP induction motor runs at 900 or 1800 RPM with pulse control and a timer.
- Continuous-feed attachment includes large and cylindrical hoppers for different produce sizes.
- Supplied with 3 mm grating and 3 mm slicing discs; 52 additional discs are available as options.
- Built for high-volume prep, with up to 7 lbs per batch in cutter mode and 330 lbs vegetable slicer output.
