Calumet Farm 17 Year Old Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey is an extraordinary expression of patience, craftsmanship, and tradition. This ultra-premium bourbon is aged for nearly two decades in deeply charred American oak barrels, allowing it to develop a remarkably rich and complex character. Distilled in Kentucky, the heart of bourbon country, it showcases an exquisite balance of deep caramel, toasted oak, and warm baking spices, making it a true collector’s piece and a must-have for whiskey enthusiasts.
On the nose, Calumet Farm 17 Year Old exudes inviting aromas of vanilla bean, dark cherries, and aged leather, layered with hints of honey and toasted almonds. The first sip reveals a luxurious blend of dark fruit, cinnamon, and caramelized sugar, complemented by undertones of seasoned oak and sweet tobacco. Its velvety mouthfeel enhances the depth of flavors, while a bold yet refined spice lingers throughout the palate.
The finish is exceptionally long and warming, with notes of charred oak, maple syrup, and a touch of dark chocolate. Bottled at a robust proof, this bourbon delivers an intense yet smooth drinking experience, making it ideal for savoring neat or with a drop of water.
