Each diaphragm undergoes a four-stage heat-treating process for outstanding performance. Precision cover stampings ensure the rigidity and consistency of ACT pressure plates. Crafted with high-quality ceramic friction materials, the 4-pad rigid race discs feature a chrome-moly hub heat-treated for durability. This lightweight, rigid design facilitates quicker shifts and ensures reliable performance. While engagement may be harsher, the 4-pad rigid race disc enables faster shifting, making it ideal for smaller disc sizes in compact engines.
