The work of Jorge Eduardo Eielson (Lima 1924 - Milán 2006) in the fields of visual and sound poetry has been conspicuously absent from the international anthologies pertaining to these disciplines. One of the reasons of this absence may be the limited circulation of this side of his broad and complex output as a poet and visual artist. In the past few years, though, this aspect of his work has become better known, and can now be seen, in it's own right, as a valuable contribution to the development of experimental poetry. Jorge Eduardo Eielson called "vocal structures" or "audiopaintings" his experiments in vocal poetry, which were all based on combinatorial analysis and permutations. Of these experiments carried out over a period of five years (1972-1977), only one has remained, and it's author has presented it on several public and private occasions, both in it's recorded form as well as in live performances. It is the piece called Colores [Colors], which is based on the repetition of words that name colors: red, yellow, green, blue; each word has a different tonality. Colores is derived from the permutation of four word-tones, a work inspired by both serialist composition and conceptualism. Audiopaintings: Verbal Structures for Voice (1972) presents for the first time on vinyl the full version of Colores and adds a live recording of the piece performed in 1998. This album is published by Buh Records with the support of Proyecto AMIL, who have joined efforts to develop a collection dedicated to presenting fundamental Peruvian works that operate at the borders of visual arts and sound. The publication also includes a booklet with extensive liner notes by Luis Alvarado, with information on several dimensions of Eielson's relationship with sound poetry, thus becoming a reference album for scholars and collections on the art of voice and sound poetry.

Leaves white cast, works okay under makeup.

First time using this sunscreen. I have very sensitive skin and thought since my skin tolerates their cleansers and moisturizers surely it should tolerate the sunscreen. So far so good. It’s very calming on my skin (maybe because of the zinc), but it leaves a noticeable white cast especially if you have dark skin. I wear mine under makeup and have a separate sunscreen from another brand on days where I don’t want to wear makeup. The white cast actually acts as a blank base and helps my foundation to lay well. A tip I learned from makeup artists years ago. Sunscreens that leave a white cast cancels out your natural color and acts as a corrector, concealer and foundation to lay better and look more like skin. Think of it like painting on a blank canvas. The texture is not lotion like and is actually quite thick. make sure to moisturize well before apply this sunscreen. I’ll write an update if I notice any negative issues, but so far I’m content with it because of the purpose I'm using it for.

Safe for very sensitive skin

It is an excellent choice, especially if you have sensitive skin or want to avoid chemical filters. Minerals such as zinc oxide and titanium dioxide act by forming a barrier that reflects UV rays instead of absorbing them.

Great choice

After I suffered a second-degree burn from steam, I was told by my doctor that I would have to keep my new fresh skin sun-blocked for up to a year to avoid any scarring or hyper pigmentation. This has been a great selection as it is a roll-on, Which helps a lot with preventing messes that can happen with traditional sunblock bottles. I also like that it is easy to travel with, and the fact that it is zinc based.

My favorite new mineral sunscreen!

This is my favorite new mineral sunscreen! I've been searching for years for a product that is easy to apply, not messy, and doesn't show up too white. This roll-on is the perfect solution. I keep it near the front door and quickly roll the sunscreen on my hands, arms, and chest before leaving the house. The sunscreen applies so quickly and uniformly-- there are no bare spots or messy globs to rub in. Also, the roll-on keeps the sunscreen from oozing out of the tube and getting all over everything. Finally, the roll-on method also eliminates the frustration of having half-filled tubes and pumps where you can't even access the sunscreen when the tube gets low. Here's hoping this doesn't happen with the roll-on. Thank you Sun Bum for creating this wonderful product. I also love the reasonable price.
